We wholeheartedly believe in the invitation as the introduction- it’s the first time your guests will get a glimpse at the personality of your celebration, and the love behind it all.


our process

We like to begin our custom wedding invitation design process with a phone call to get to know you and what you have in mind (we’ll usually send over a few preliminary questions for you to answer beforehand). We love to hear more about you as a couple and the celebration you have planned (venue, style, colors)- this lets us begin to visualize how we’ll bring those details out in your wedding stationery.

With that info in hand, we’ll put together a custom pricing package for your invitations.

Our next step is an in-person meeting (if you’re not in the Annapolis area, we can do this via videochat or mail you paper and color swatches!). At this step, we’ll go through color swatches and our portfolio work to get a better idea of your style and the look you’re going for.

At the start of your design process we’ll take care of the business paperwork – we’ll need your signed contract and a 50% retainer to get started with your ordering and design. We’ll also ask for your invitation and insert wording at this point. Then, we’ll send over preliminary design ideas and refine from there- we want to create papergoods that you LOVE.

Once the design is finalized, we’ll send over a digital final proof, which you can approve via email. The final project balance is also due at this point.

Next up is the printing and assembly stage, which usually takes around 7+ weeks for wedding invitations. When your invitations are ready, we’ll either ship them to you to be stamped and mailed, or we’ll mail them out for you if you’ve added our mailing service.

packages & investment

Since our work is custom, so are our wedding invitation packages- your set is designed just for you and your wedding, from the paper stock we choose down to the reply postage. To give you a frame of reference, our starting package for a custom wedding invitation suite includes:

– A custom designed invitation card, with mailing envelope and a coordinating flat mailing label with your return address as well as your guest’s address (mailing postage is not included).
– An information card (for directions, accommodations, website, etc).
– A RSVP card and printed reply envelope with postage.
– A bellyband to hold the set together (paper, ribbon, or gold or silver twine)

For the suite detailed above, flat printed packages begin at around $975 for 100 sets. Letterpress or foil stamped packages begin at $1950.

We also offer our mailing service to stamp, seal and mail out your invitations: starting at $100 plus the cost of postage for 100 sets.


We believe that every wedding deserves beautiful paper, and we know that every budget and timeline is different. Our semi custom collection, available to order online, begins at $695 for 100 sets similar to the above, and the turnaround time is 4 weeks from proof approval.
